1. What freedom of choice do I have when I order a horse?
Because every horse is custom made we are able to accomodate your wishes. We show our dapple grey on stands constructed from pine, you may wish to choose another wood. If, after looking through our brochure or viewing this web site, you have decided to purchase a horse you are free to choose from our range of hair and leather colours. Hair is available in grey, brown or black and leather comes in brown, black or tan.

2. How much does it cost to deliver a horse?
We offer a free delivery service anywhere in the mainland UK. Please phone or email us if you would like to know how much delivery costs outside the mainland UK.

3.What happens if I do not like the horse?
If you are not 100% happy with your horse there is no obligation to buy.

4. Do you accept special commisions?
We are able to produce any horse of your choice. We have in the past produced, for individuals, such horses as: - an Appalachian Cowboy Horse, (complete with cowboy outfit), a Knights Jousting Horse, a Pegasus, a Fairytale Horse in pink and white, in fact the possibilities are endless.

5. Do you ever have antique horses for sale?
Yes. Occasionally we have a genuine antique horse in our possession which we carefully restore and sell. Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing an antique horse.

6. Do you restore old rocking horses?
Yes. We offer a full restoration service, able to return any horse, irrespective of condition, to its former glory. Please contact us if you are interested in learning more about our restoration service.

7. Do you purchase ageing horses?
If you have an ageing horse, which you want to sell, we will buy it off you or part exchange it for a new one.

8. What after care service do you offer?
Our Rocking Horses are made to last for ever. We offer a lifetime guarantee. With each horse we provide a maintenance pack, which contains a hair brush, dubbin polish cloth and instructions on how to keep your horse in "tip top" form.
